Solution

The project started with target segmentation, the first step in creating a resonating campaign, followed by aligning content and lead generation. After meetings with Yodeck and strategy approval, the AV Integration campaign launched. DMT Business Development used email and LinkedIn funnels, testing email sequences to optimize results. After adjustments, emails achieved a 60% open rate and 3-4 weekly appointments. However, the LinkedIn funnel still needed improvement to reach the desired goals.

Result

Throughout the whole timeline of the project, SalesNash team managed to: Schedule 3-4 appts with pre-qualified partners per week on average; Reach and keep the average campaign open rates at the level of 60-70%; Get response rates around 10-15%.

Challenge

Engaging with large enterprises presented significant challenges, including difficulty in scheduling calls and convincing potential clients to reconsider their existing operations. Tailoring messages for different campaigns, considering the variety of services and products offered, required extensive A/B testing and market research. Identifying and reaching out to the appropriate decision-makers, particularly those overseeing China operations, demanded comprehensive, targeted research.

Solution

Strategic Alignment Our collaboration began with establishing a strategic roadmap, with an emphasis on DIA, IaaS, and Bare Metal solutions. This phase included detailed planning for tests targeting various customer profiles and messaging. Regular coordination meetings and shared project management tools enabled a deep integration of DMT Business Development within CDS’s operational framework, facilitating joint brainstorming sessions and idea exchanges.

Result

Despite occasional challenges, our primary metric of success remained the client’s satisfaction. We effectively scheduled a substantial number of appointments, adapting to various research requirements and staying open to pioneering new approaches proposed by CDS. Appointment Scheduling: Averaged 4 large enterprise appointments and 5-7 smaller company appointments monthly, with a peak of 20 appointments in one month. Prospect Generation: Consistently generated around 2,000 prospects per month.

Challenge

Our main task was to generate high-quality leads in genomics and genetics, where the right contacts are key to success. Gencove’s diverse client base required a tailored approach - healthcare, biotech, pharma, agriculture, and academia each needed unique messaging to showcase Gencove’s solutions effectively. A strong, multi-step outreach plan was essential, adaptable to different communication channels and decision-maker preferences for maximum engagement.

Solution

Initially concentrating on the healthcare system in the US, our scope gradually broadened to include biotech and pharma companies, focusing on individuals in scientist roles or those managing genomics. The expansion into the agricultural segment and academia allowed us to introduce Gencove’s plant and animal genomics solutions to a wider audience.

Result

Over the first quarter, our efforts yielded impressive results: Generated 3,500 unique prospects within the genomics/genetics field. Secured 45 appointments, maintaining an open rate of over 40%.
